Meet the Maker: Master Taper Dipper Edition!

With Labor Day on the horizon, we're introducing a few of the folks who make Bluecorn what it is — our artisan candlemakers! Meet Chuck, the sweet, thoughtful guy crafting our taper candles.  

Chuck's favorite Bluecorn candle to burn is also the one he makes the most: our classic raw beeswax tapers. 

"I really like the tapers," says Chuck. "They're easy to burn and you don't have to commit to them for a long time."

If he's looking to burn a candle for scent, Chuck opts for pure beeswax and lavender essential oil. 

"It reminds me of a time when I was younger, just being outdoors at my grandma's house."

When he's not making sure our tapers are perfectly balanced for a dripless burn, Chuck likes to spend his time on the open road, riding his motorcycle through the mountains that surround Bluecorn's Montrose, Colorado workshop.
